Talk to me, personally.

When you write copy for your ezine, web site, ads, brochures,
etc., don't address your message to a sea of nameless and
faceless people.

Visualize a single person, a reader or customer you know and
like. Write as though you are talking to that one person. Make
heavy use of the word "you" and avoid terms like "folks" or "you
all." Allow me to feel like you are talking to me personally, and
you will find me much more responsive.
