Who David Deeson is.
I know. I have worked with hundreds of new and growing firms. The ones who constantly wished they knew more. Had more experience. And that they could find a way to obtain the advice needed to enable them to make their business grow. And really succeed. Sounds familiar? I am your answer. I have spent the last 30 years in business. As a consultant, identifying problems and providing the know-how needed to succeed. As a business-to-business writer, analyzing success and failure. And as a businessman, running my own show, and other people's. Because I am based in Europe, most of my work has been with English speaking firms. That includes some of the most successful North American companies in the world, and US businesses setting up here. I have also spent time traveling from one country to another, helping established foreign concerns fine tune their businesses for maximum effect. And, as stated above, I have run my own businesses. Three successfully (one consultancy I took over when its annual turnover was $100,000; I sold-up when I had expanded it to $6m). Plus one failure, and one real disaster. Called Third Age Leisure, it was set-up to serve the enormous European market for older people but, underfunded and before its time, it was doomed.
Because I have been in business for so many years I have seen and been closely involved in most types of problem. In that respect my work is a bit like a fire fighter: I most often get called in when something has gone wrong. I can tell you how to tackle your needs and problems head-on.
