This is simply an added twist to the same technique, where you allow people who have bought your report or ebook to sell it to their own customers and keep the profits.
You can take the ebooks and reports you've created from PLR content a step further by looking where you can work in links to your own or affiliate products.
Preparing Your PLR Content For Resale Rights
A few minutes research in your favorite search engine along the lines of "mysubject affiliate" will generally throw up lots of possibilities to investigate further.
When searching for potential affiliate offers, prioritize residual income programs because they will keep on earning for you well into the future. Depending on the quality of the product being sold, you could still be receiving commissions from some of these programs several years after creating your ebook. This is especially true of web hosting, autoresponders and similar services.
Also try to target programs or companies you feel are likely to be "hot" for a long time to come. To maximize commissions, the affiliate links you insert must still be of interest to someone who reads your ebook for the first time 6 months or a year after you first published it.
From there it's just a matter of selecting the best, signing up to the affiliate program, creating your links and incorporating them into your report. Don't add an excessive number of affiliate links. If you go over the top it will backfire on you and you will make less money.
How To Market Your Report
You can either market your report with resale rights included, or offer the rights to resell as an upgrade at an increased price. If you've included quite a lot of affiliate links, it's wiser to include the resale rights for free. If you've only added a couple, people won't mind paying a bit extra for the right to resell (but they will be annoyed if they discover they have paid to resell something that is overflowing with your affiliate links).
It's also worth pointing out that by offering free resale rights as part of the purchase price, you increase the potential distribution of your report, and are thus likely to earn more from the affiliate links you've placed inside.
