Although you can buy individual PLR video packages, most (not all) of the quality content is only sold through private label video membership sites.
Many of the sites offer very similar titles (many seem to offer the exact same videos), so what you're looking for really is where to get the best value for money. I'll give you some suggestions below, but shop around as offers do change from time to time.
Almost all PLR video membership sites provide you with sales materials to go with the videos. Expect to get a sales letter and several product images at a minimum. Take a look at these before you join – I've seen quite a few that just aren't up to scratch, which also makes you wonder about the quality of the videos.
Look for a sales page that jumps out at you, not one of those flat affairs consisting of little more than a unexceptional header image and a page of plain text. And if the PLR video membership sites sales page itself isn't suitably enticing, don't even bother reading it, because they won't be giving you anything better!
Some PLR video membership sites also offer related articles for additional site content, PSD image files you can edit, or a set of ready-to-go autoresponder messages for each series of videos.
