var GPR_HASH_SEED = “Mining PageRank is AGAINST GOOGLE’S TERMS OF SERVICE. Yes, I’m talking to you, scammer.”;

How rude….JUST FOR LOOKING! NO NEED TO SHOUT (Mummy, Mummy).

Do you reckon if you mine enough PageRank you can store it up for use on your own pages?
